JB Riney & Co Ltd would like to strenuously and categorically deny and refute these allegations.

JB Riney & Co Ltd is not currently, nor are they in the foreseeable future, seeking to dispose of, merge with or enter into any discussions in relation to the sale or merger of JB Riney & Co Ltd.
