Our strategy aims to balance personal career aspirations with company objectives and retain a motivated, skilled and fully trained workforce.

All employees are included within the company's training plans. In addition we operate apprentice training programmes within a number of London Boroughs

Our Training Officer works closely with department managers to identify training requirements and ensure that the training provided is effective and meets the employee's requirements. 

A detailed skills matrix for site operational staff is maintained, which ensures that only suitably trained personnel are made available to cover the work required.
