At J B Riney & Co Ltd we operate an apprentice scheme, which has been developed over a number of years with one apprentice gaining a CITB "Apprentice of Year" award, whilst another of our former apprentices is now one of our Section Supervisors

We value our apprentices and the contribution they make to our business. We believe that apprentices represent the future - both for our own company and for the construction industry as a whole.

Apprenticeships are an ideal way for us to train, develop and equip young people for the future, helping us to secure a workforce with skills and qualities that we need to maintain the success of our company.

We can provide the opportunity to start a career through a combination of classroom training and work experience. Our apprentices attend the National Construction College (East London) Newham in blocks of 4-6 weeks, allowing them to consolidate the knowledge learned with the practical experience they receive working on site.
